Micro-Mode Products Incorporation was founded in 1971, in El Cajon, California, USA.  It manufactures microwave connectors, hermetic connectors, hermetic packages, hermetic seals, coaxial cable assemblies, delay lines, filters, as well as offering plating and precision machining services to both the military and commercial markets. In addition, Micro-Mode manufactures hermetic headers for use in automotive applications and the pressure sensor industry. The company supplies a variety of products for use in microelectronic applications. Micro-Mode operates its own in-house design facilities, machine shop, plating and glass operations. 

Micro-Mode specializes in blind mate connectors, such as our SMP, SMPM and MSSS lines. The company also manufactures all types of space qualified threaded connectors (SMA, SSMA, TNC, etc.).Micro-Mode has in house manufacturing capability to meet custom requirements.

Micro-Mode has participated on numerous military programs including TDRSS, Advanced EHF, Mil-Star, X-Band Radar, and B2. In addition, Micro-Mode has produced high reliability connectors and space qualified hermetic packages, for use in other satellites and high reliability applications.  

Micro-Mode serves customers likeHoneywell/Sandia, Boeing Satellite Systems, SAIC, Lockheed Martin, Raytheon, BAE Systems and M/A-Com. It is a preferred supplier for Northrop Grumman.  

El Cajon facility in California has a 22,000 square foot facility.It is ISO 9001 (2000) certified and complies to military standards MIL-I-45208 and MIL-Q-9858.
