EZ Form offers the following categories of RF cables and connectors:
EZ Form semi-rigid cable is used with automated bending equipment as well as hand forming. It is qualified to MIL-C-17 standard and is available in cable diameters ranging from .020" to .500".
EZ Form AL, is MIL-C-17 qualified, aluminum-jacketed semi-rigid cable.
EZ Flex 250, 141, 86, 47 and EZ Flex 401, 402, and 405, flexible cables with the performance of MIL-C-17 semi-rigid.
For harsh environments, EZ Form has introduced a new EZArmored Ruggedized Cable series.
Low attenuation and non-standard impedance versions of many of their cables are also available.
EZ Form miniature coaxial cables are used in: low-noise amplifiers, a full range of microwave components, aeronautical/space applications, non-magnetic medical applications, and a variety of high-performance laboratory instrumentation. EZ Form cables has an impedance tolerance of +/- 1/2 ohm for a .141" diameter cable with nominal impedance of 50 ohm.
EZ Form manufactures RF coaxial connectors such as MCX, MMCX, SMA, SMB, N, TNC and BNC connectors. It also offers Quick-Snap connectors.
EZ Form offers custom services to its OEM partners for fabrication of prototypes, chassis and cable assemblies.
Its test equipment has the capability of measuring return loss up to 40 GHz.
